It was filled with many fascinating insights into how our food is manufactured.  One factoid that stays with me is - fat, sugar and salt are not easily found in nature therefore, when our bodies recieve it we crave more. No wonder why I am always craving cookies, pastries and chocolate...all three ingredients are in them!!
